Following the confirmation of your order, the product will be shipped within 1 (one) business day at the latest. Within Turkey, delivery will be made to the specified address within 30 (thirty) days from the date of order.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In distance contracts regarding purchased goods or services, the buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without incurring any penal liability. If the contract is related to the provision of services, this period begins from the date of approval of the contract. If more than one product is purchased with a single order and delivered at different times, the right of withdrawal begins from the date of receipt of the last product.
Shipping costs that may occur during the return process will be covered by the Seller. If the Seller has not provided prior information about the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal will be valid for one year and this period will be limited to 14 days after the notification is made.
The Buyer may notify that he/she has exercised his/her right of withdrawal by sending an e-mail to info@suespadril.com, by calling the support line at +90 539 829 58 81 or by filling out the form on the www.suespadril.com/contact page. The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the delivery of the product. The notice of withdrawal must be sent to the Seller by the Buyer.
The Buyer accepts the products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (specified in Article 6 of the Contract).
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller via the contracted cargo company, with the return payment. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened, used or are not suitable for return in terms of hygiene and health.
- REPORTING COMPLAINTS
Returns, exchanges or other complaints outside the right of withdrawal can be reported to the Seller through the communication channels specified in Article 3. Complaints regarding the product will be evaluated in accordance with the report of the product quality control department and the Buyer will be notified of the result. If the complaint is found to be justified, the necessary return or exchange procedures will be carried out.
- VALIDITY
This preliminary information form becomes valid after it is approved electronically by the Buyer and the distance sales contract establishment phase begins. The Buyer can access this preliminary information form and the distance sales contract at any time from the "My Orders" link or from the order confirmation e-mail.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any complaint or objection, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the place where he/she purchased the goods or services or at the place where he/she resides, within the limits determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
